Fresh Flowers & Floral Arrangements

All flower arrangements are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once delivered.

Flowers are natural products, and slight variations in color, size, or bloom stage are normal and not considered defects.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We are happy to assist if:

The flowers are damaged upon delivery

You receive an incorrect product
In such cases:

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery

Share clear photos of the flowers and packaging

Our team will assess the issue and offer a replacement or store credit, at our discretion
Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for unsuccessful deliveries due to incorrect addresses, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the order.
