At Boutique de Fleurs, we take great care in preparing and delivering fresh, high-quality floral arrangements. Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we have a limited refund and exchange policy outlined below.

Fresh Flowers & Floral Arrangements

  • All flower arrangements are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once delivered.

  • Flowers are natural products, and slight variations in color, size, or bloom stage are normal and not considered defects.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We are happy to assist if:

  • The flowers are damaged upon delivery

  • You receive an incorrect product

In such cases:

  • Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos of the flowers and packaging

  • Our team will assess the issue and offer a replacement or store credit, at our discretion

Delivery Issues

  • We are not responsible for unsuccessful deliveries due to incorrect addresses, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the order.

  • Re-delivery charges may apply.

Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once prepared or dispatched

  • Same-day and custom orders are non-cancellable
